Hi. I’m Jill and I’m a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach.
As a trauma coach, I understand the lasting impact that trauma can have on an individual's mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Trauma can be incredibly difficult to navigate and overcome, but with the right support and guidance, it is possible to heal and move forward in a positive direction.
Trauma can leave a chemical mark on a person’s genes, which can then be passed down to future generations. This mark doesn’t cause a genetic mutation, but it does alter the mechanism by which the gene is expressed. This alteration is not genetic, but epigenetic.
My mission is to empower individuals to heal from the effects of trauma and then lead fulfilling, meaningful lives. Most people are affected by trauma in some way and it can be causing hardships and challenges in their life.
I believe that everyone has the ability to heal and grow, and I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable in your journey towards healing.
When we meet the undesired parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion, we allow those parts to be seen and supported so you can flourish into your best self!
As a trauma coach I will primarily focus on your current life and how trauma is affecting you in the present. I will then focus on empowering you to rediscover your authentic self by working with somatic practices to help regulate your nervous system and release blocks in the body. We will then build up your strengths, healthy beliefs and cultivate a more robust trauma healing toolbox.
Anxiety, depression, dissociation, perfectionism, substance misuse, self harm, disordered eating, over working and burnout may be some of the struggles and symptoms you are experiencing.
These symptoms can serve as cues you are living out of alignment with your authentic self.
A life altering experience, such as betrayal in relationship, divorce, job loss, accident, illness or death often intensifies these symptoms and they can become debilitating.
These experiences have the potential to break our hearts and in the breaking, crack us open to the discovery of our true selves.
Knowing our authentic self and living in alignment can foster a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
I am here to help you with this by walking beside you with deep compassion and support for your healing journey!

Trauma is defined as any significant negative event or experience that took place that made us feel bad, scared, hurt or ashamed. Trauma can not only be defined as an event that happened to us but also something we didn’t get that we needed. A big part of people’s trauma stems back to childhood.
My mission is to empower individuals to help them heal from the effects of trauma and lead fulfilling, meaningful lives.
I believe everyone has the ability to heal and grow, and I am dedicated to providing the support and guidance necessary to help my clients reach their full potential.
Through my coaching services, I aim to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your experiences, develop coping strategies and build resilience. I will work with you to identify your goals and develop a personalized plan to help you achieve them.

Do You Ever Feel Stuck?
Do you ever feel stuck in a rut? That no matter how hard you try to get somewhere or make a change or get the relationship you want you just end up going around and around in circles never getting to the end goal or making the permanent change you desire. Or getting so frustrated you just quit?
Have you noticed that over your life you struggle with relationships or authority or your emotions and just want to explode at people?
Do you ever just want to roll up in a ball and hide under the blankets and not have to go out or subject yourself to society?
Well you are not alone. I spent half my life going through these same experiences. All these reactions were due to trauma. It wasn’t until I was able to get help seeing that that I was able to turn it around. It wasn’t until then that I learned that was totally normal for what I had been through and a protection mechanism to keep myself safe.
This is when the climb out of the rut started for me. The rut from self sabotage and constant inner critic berating. The rut from perfectionism, self worth issues, relationship hopping and being in constant fight, flight or freeze mode which I had lived in most of my life.
Working through my healing journey to get unstuck has led me to here where now I am thriving and I am passionate about helping others get unstuck. As I am trained in somatic body healing and used it in my own healing journey, I will also guide you if appropriate to show you ways to move the stuck, no longer needed energy out of your body so you can feel lighter and brighter and like your authentic self again.
